The original stable was a totally dark and airless room largely cut into the bedrock. To allow in light and air the roof and upper level floor were removed above about one third of the area.
A small 'hamman' (shallow pool) has been built here - fantastic for cooling off after a hot day out. The hand made Moroccan salon next to the 'hamman' is also a perfect place to relax, eat and drink.
